Answers to Common Questions

How long do you take to dispatch and when can I expect to receive it?

I post all cards within 2 working days.  Standard postage is sent 1st class (estimated 1-3 working days) via Royal mail.

You can upgrade your postage to first class, signed for or guaranteed. 

If you need a guarantee service, there is a next day guarantee by 1pm, please note the item will be dispatched the next working day meaning the card will be guaranteed to arrive within 2 working days from the order date.

 

Royal mail International postage varies.

Within the EU it is estimated 3-5 working days and 7-10 to the US and rest of world.

These are estimated timescales only and can take longer.

I offer standard international postage and tracked international postage.

I am having trouble to place an order

I am sorry you are having trouble to place an order through my website. Please contact me explaining what problem you are having and I will get back to you as soon as I can.

Can I buy these cards elsewhere?

You can yes! I have an Ebay, Etsy and Amazon handmade shop

My order has arrived but there is a problem.

I am sorry to hear there is a problem with your card. Please contact me as soon as you can and I will resolve the issue for you.

Do you have a retail shop?

I don't have a retail outlet and work from my home based design studio in Leicester

Do you only accept payments through Paypal?

Paypal is my preferred method of payment and offers you the buyer protection. It is secure, free and easy to register with Paypal. You can also make a one off payment without registering using a debit or credit card. Paying by cash or cheque is less secure and will delay you order. Feel free to contact requesting an alternative payment arrangement to Paypal.

Does Paypal offer protection if there is a problem?

Yes if the item you’ve bought online doesn’t arrive, or doesn’t match  my seller description, Paypal Buyer Protection will reimburse you for the full amount of the item plus postage and packaging costs. Buyer Protection covers eligible online purchases on eBay or on any other website, when you use PayPal. Find out more here.

What is your return policy?

I will happily accept returns within 30 calendar days should the item be damaged or there is a fault
